Something Is Killing the Children is an ongoing comic book collection created by James Tynion IV and Werther Dell'Edera, posted monthly by Boom! Studios beginning in September 2019.[1]Publication records[edit]

Something Is Killing the Children was introduced as a 5-issue restricted series by using BOOM! Studios in June 2019.[2] In August 2019, in advance of the release of its first difficulty, it turned into announced that the collection have been promoted to ongoing due to "overwhelming early help from stores and fans".[3] In June 2020, Something Is Killing the Children become nominated for Best New Series at the 2020 Eisner Awards, Tynion's first nomination.[four][5]Plot precis[edit]

"When the youngsters of Archer's Peak begin to move missing, the entirety appears hopeless. Most youngsters never return, but the ones that do have terrible stories—not possible tales of terrifying creatures that live within the shadows. Their best hope of finding and disposing of the risk is the arrival of a mysterious stranger, one that believes the kids and claims to see what they are able to see. Her call is Erica Slaughter. She kills monsters. That is all she does, and he or she bears the value because it MUST be executed."
